How are we to understand a scriptural worldview and form a unified and meaningful response to the challenges and opportunities of our cultural life? How might we equip Christians to be uncompromising yet loving, and faithfully engage our society with the gospel? If you are a pastor, elder or church ministry leader this content-rich program of scriptural worldview and cultural theology training is a week that you do not want to miss.
In a culture where people are encouraged to define and live their own truth, we are often battling the temptation to conform rather than lead and equip God's people to transform our broken world. This five-day program is an opportunity to connect with other church leaders and learn how to consistently apply the abiding truth of God's Word to a culture obsessed with change and novelty. Join us at the EICC's beautiful 24-acre farmstead, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Niagara Escarpment and overlooking Lake Ontario, as we consider topics like cultural apologetics, education, the family, gender and sexuality, the church's responsibility for the vulnerable, and more.
The program will run from April 13-17, 2020.
